What’s your fave exercise and why?
My favorite exercise is single leg bridging because it works the glutes, hamstrings, and core control.
What’s one thing that you are most proud of in your career?
I am most proud of earning my Associate in Kinesiology degree from Orange Coast College and transferring to California State University Fullerton, where I am currently working toward my Bachelor’s degree with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Public Health.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I like to experiment with new recipes in the kitchen and care for my house plants.
What made you want to become a Pilates instructor?
After experiencing many injuries, Pilates helped me recover physically and mentally. I found my passions to be education and physical activity. Becoming a Pilates instructor is the perfect combination of my interests. I hope to inspire clients to use Pilates as a means to improve their health and well-being like it did for me.
